| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜引导下锚钉缝线内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床效果。方法对18例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折,在膝关节镜引导下行骨折复位、锚钉缝线内固定。术后规范功能锻炼,定期随访,了解骨折对位及愈合情况、膝关节稳定性及活动度,评估功能恢复情况。结果术后8～10周,骨折均骨性愈合,无移位。术后6个月,所有患者后抽屉试验阴性,均无屈、伸膝受限,Lysholm膝关节功能评分为(92.21±2.40)分。结论关节镜引导下锚钉缝线治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点骨折操作简便、安全,内固定效果可靠,结合术后规范功能锻炼,膝关节功能恢复好。
