含羞草化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的对海南含羞草化学成分进行研究。方法采用DiaionHP-20,ToyopearlHW-40,SephadexLH-20,RP18、硅胶等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,用ESI-MS,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,1H-1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC技术及理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物:5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅰ),5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅱ),丁二酸(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ),豆甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论这些化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of Mimosa pudica in Hainan province. METHODS The compounds were separated by Diaion HP-20, Sephadex LH-20, Toyopearl HW-40, RP-18, and silica gel column chromatography,et al. The structures were elucidated by means of ESI-MS, IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectral method respectively. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified from the plants. They were established as 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyl-6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone(Ⅰ), 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyl-8-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone(Ⅱ), succinic acid(Ⅲ), β-sitosterol(Ⅳ)and stigmasterol(Ⅴ). CONCLUSION These compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
