| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察苯那普利和氯沙坦联合治疗老年顽固性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :对 70例老年顽固性充血性心力衰竭患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗无效的情况下 ,停用血管扩张剂 ,3d之后加用苯那普利和氯沙坦联合治疗。观察心功能改善情况及药物的不良反应。结果 :苯那普利和氯沙坦联合治疗老年顽固性充血性心力衰竭总有效率为80 .0 %。未发生严重的不良反应。结论 :苯那普利和氯沙坦联合治疗老年顽固性充血性心力衰竭有效 ,具有良好的安全性和耐受性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of combination therapy with benazepril and losartan on senile patients with congestive heart failure.Methods:Benazepril and losartan were used on 70 cases senile patients with congestive heart failure after regulary treatment to heart failure.The improving degree of heart function and adverse effects of drug were observed.Results:The total effective rate of benazepril and losartan on treating congestive heart failure amounted to 80.0 %.No severe adverse effects were found.Conclusion:It was an effective method that the combination of benazepril and losartan were used to treat congestive heart failure.This method had excellent safety and tolerance. |
