D2-40 标记的微淋巴管密度对乳腺癌淋巴结转移及临床分期的意义

目的探讨D2-40标记乳腺癌不同组织中的微淋巴管密度（MLVD），探讨MLVD对乳腺癌淋巴结转移及临床分期的意义。方法应用链霉菌抗生素蛋白．过氧化物酶连接法（SP法），对2010年6月至2013年4月51例乳腺癌标本进行淋巴管特异性标记物D2-40的检测，计数MLVD，分析其对腋窝淋巴结转移及临床分期的相关意义。结果D2-40标记MLVD在淋巴结转移阳性组明显高于淋巴结转移阴性组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；乳腺癌周边组织中MLVD与乳腺癌临床分期呈正相关（r=0．663，P〈0．05），分期越晚，MLVD密度越大。结论D2—40标记乳腺癌MLVD对于乳腺癌淋巴结转移有一定的预测作用，与临床分期呈正相关，具有良好的临床病理应用价值。

The significance of D2-40-labeled micro-lymphatic vessel density to the metastasis of lymph node in breast cancer and clinical stage

Objective To explore the D2-40-1abeled micro-lymphatic vessel density（MLVD） in different tissues of breast cancer by monoclonal antibody, and discuss the significance of MLVD to the metastasis of lymph node in breast cancer and clini- cal stage. Methods Streptavidin-perosidase（SP） method was applied to detect the 51 specimen of breast cancer on special markers D2-40 for lymphatics from June 2010 to April 2013, calculate the MLVD and analyze the related significance of metastasis to axil- lary lymph nodes and clinical stage. Results D2-40-1abeled MLVD in lymphatic metastasis positive group was apparently higher than that in negative group of lymphatic metastasis, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. MLVD in surrounding tissues of breast cancer was negatively related with the clinical stage of breast cancer （r=0.663, P〈0.05）, and the later the clinical stage was, the more dense the MLVD become. Conclusion D2-40-1abeled MLVD of breast cancer has certain predicting effect in the metastatic lymph nodes of breast cancer with positive correlation with clinical stage, and it has favorable pathological applica- tion in clinic.
