| 摘 要： | 目的了解肺炎链球菌感染儿童血浆甘露糖结合凝集素表达水平的变化，比较健康组和肺炎链球菌感染组血浆MBL浓度的差异。方法血浆MBL浓度的检测采用ELISA法。统计分析采用SPSS软件11．0版。不同人群间MBL浓度比较采用非参数检验。结果MBL浓度分布为非正态分布资料，105例健康儿童血浆MBL浓度范围为3ng／ml-6，025ng／ml和49例肺炎链球菌感染儿童血浆MBL浓度范围为0—6，544ng／ml，中位数分别为1，057ng／ml和1，307ng／ml，肺炎链球菌感染儿童血浆MBL浓度明显高于健康儿（Z（=2．236，P=0．025）。健康组和感染组血浆MBL浓度低于200ng／ml的个体分别占5．71％和10．2％，两者间差异无统计学意义（Х^2=1．02，P〉0．05）。结论本研究未能证明肺炎链球菌的易感性与血浆MBL浓度的相关性。
