| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卵巢癌术后腹膜复发与转移灶的ＣＴ诊断价值。材料与方法 对１９例卵巢癌术后腹膜复发与转移灶再手术病例术前ＣＴ诊断与手术对照。结果 １９例卵巢癌术后腹膜复发与转移灶再手术病例共见４７处病灶。术前ＣＴ发现３３处，敏感性为７０．２％（３３／４７），假阴性２９．８％（１４／４７），无假阳性。结论 ＣＴ对卵巢癌术后腹膜复发与转移有诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate CT scanning in diagnosing post surgery peritoneal recurrence and metastases in patients with ovarian cancer.Materials and Methods CT findings of post operative recurrence and metastases of peritoneum in 19 patients with ovarian cancer were compared with re operation results.Results 47 peritoneal lesions were found on re operation, while only 33 lesions could be identified on pre operation CT scans. The sensitivity was 70.2% (33/47), and the false negative rate was 29.8% (14/47). No false positive was encountered.Conclusion CT scanning is very helpful for the diagnosis of post surgery peritoneal recurrence and metastases in patients with ovarian cancer. |
