| 摘 要： | 目的 评估眼内压(intraoeular pressure,IOP)测定用于无创颅内压(intracranial pressure,ICP)监测的可行性.方法 34例(55例次)中枢神经系统疾病患者,通过腰椎穿刺测定ICP,同时采用舣刻度Sehiotz眼压计测量双眼IOP并计算其平均值.结果 ICP与平均IOP之问呈显著正相关(r=0.765,P＜0.01).结论 IOP与ICP具有相关性,通过测定IOP可反映ICP.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of monitoring intracranial pressure(ICP) by determining intraocular pressure(IOP).Methods ICP(55 case times) in 34 patients with central neural system diseases was measured by lumbar puncture,and their IOP of both eyes was measured by two scales of Schiotz tonometer and the mean value was calculated.Results There was a significant correlation between ICP and mean IOP(P<0.01,r=0.765).Conclusion IOP is correlated well with ICP,thereby reflecting ICP. |
