抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗耳鸣的疗效观察

目的探讨抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗伴有焦虑抑郁耳鸣患者的临床效果。方法在耳鼻咽喉科门诊抽出以耳鸣为第一主诉患者,除常规耳鼻咽喉科检查外,还进行纯音侧听、声导抗测试及耳鸣频率测试,对伴有焦虑抑郁无听力损失的62例(105耳),随机分为两组,即治疗组32例(55耳),对照组30例(50耳)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上另加用抗焦虑抑郁药物进行治疗。每例患者治疗前后分别给予汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果治疗8周后随访,对照组有效率为50.0%(25/50),治疗组为72.7%(40/55),统计学分析表明2组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组经治疗后HAMA和HAMD积分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。结论焦虑抑郁情绪在耳鸣患者中极为常见,抗焦虑抑郁药物配合临床综合治疗效果明显,可以作为耳鸣的治疗选择。

Effects of antianxiety and antidepressant medication of patients with tinnitus

【Objective】 To study the clinical effects of antianxiety and antidepressant medication with tinnitus.【Methods】 62 patients of anxiety and depression without hearing loss or tinnitus from E.N.T department were selected as example.Besides through the clinical history inquired and routine examination of otolaryngology,with the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) examination,105 ears with tinnitus were taken test.A randomized,open-labeled,controlled clinical trial was conducted.There were 30 patients in control group and 32 patents in observed group.The efficacy of tinnitus patients with antianxiety antidepressant medication was assessed.【Result】 25(50.0%) ears recovered in control group,40(72.7%) ears in observed group after 8 weeks treatment.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant difference of therapeutic effects between 2 groups(P <0.05).After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD score,compared with that before treatment,significantly reduced(P <0.01).【Conclusion】 There are many causes of tinnitus,antianxiety and antidepressant medication is an effective therapy for tinnitus patients,and may be considered as one of the alternative methods.
