| 摘 要： | 目的:评价生殖健康教育对甘肃省甘南藏族地区育龄妇女艾滋病知识的影响。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,将调查对象分为干预组和对照组,干预前后两组采用同一问卷进行调查,对干预组进行健康教育,比较干预前后干预组和对照组育龄妇女艾滋病相关知识知晓情况的改变。结果:通过综合干预,干预组育龄妇女艾滋病相关知识的知晓率明显高于对照组和干预前,差别有统计学意义(P<0.001);避孕套的使用率(13.8%)较干预前(4.6%)明显提高(P<0.001)。结论:健康教育可以提高藏区育龄妇女艾滋病相关知识的知晓率,面对面的宣传是藏区妇女普遍欢迎的教育方式。
