氟罗沙星治疗细菌性感染

目的 :探讨氟罗沙星治疗细菌感染性疾病的疗效并与氧氟沙星比较。方法 :6 7例病人分成 2组。治疗组 35例 [男性 2 4例 ,女性 11例 ,年龄 (4 6±s 12 )a],用氟罗沙星 0 .2 g ,静脉滴注 ,qd ;对照组32例 [男性 2 3例 ,女性 9例 ,年龄 (4 8± 13)a],用氧氟沙星 0 .2 g ,静脉滴注 ,bid ,均 7～ 14d为一个疗程。结果 :治疗组有效率为 91% (32 / 35 )与对照组84 % (2 7/ 32 )相似 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;前者的细菌清除率94 %虽高于后者 (84 % ) ,但亦无统计学差异 ,P >0 .0 5 ;不良反应发生率治疗组 (6 % )与对照组 (9% )相似 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :氟罗沙星注射液对细菌性感染有效而安全 ,与氧氟沙星相仿

Fleroxacin in treatment of bacterial infections

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of fleroxacin in the treatment of bacterial infectious disease, and compare with ofloxacin. METHODS: A total of 67 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty five patients (M 24, F 11; age (46± s 12) a) in treatment group were treated with fleroxacin 0.2 g, iv, gtt, qd for 7 14 d. Thirty two patients (M 23, F 9; age (48±13) a) in control group were treated with ofloxacin 0.2 g, iv, gtt, bid for 7 14 d. RESULTS: The clinical effiective rate of fleroxacin group and control group was 91 % (32/35) and 84 % (27/32), respectively. There was no satistical significant difference between two groups ( P >0.05). But bacterial elimination rate of the fleroxacin group (94 %) was higher than that of control group (84 %) ( P<0.05 ). The adverse reaction rate of fleroxacin (6 %) and ofloxacin (9 %) was simlar ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Fleroxacin is effective and safe in the treatment of bacterial infections. The effect of fleroxacin is as similan as that of ofloxacin.
