健康成人12导联同步心电图的正常心房及心室除极时限标准探讨

目的：探讨12导联同步心电图记录健康成人正常心房及心室除极波的时限标准。方法：用美高仪心电工作站记录500例12导联同步心电图,分别采用机测与手测的方法,对心电图的P波及QRS波群时限进行统计分析。结果：P波的机测均值为102.66ms,手测均值为90.38ms,P〈0.001;QRS波群的机测均值为101.26ms,手测均值为88.85ms,P〈0.001。P波上限修改为〈120ms,QRS波群上限修改为〈115ms的诊断标准,正确诊断率分别为98.0%及96.0%。结论：传统的心电图P波及QRS波群时限诊断标准,不适合现代心电图的诊断。如果现在仍沿用传统的诊断标准,会增加P波及QRS波群时限的假阳性率。用现代心电图机记录的心电图P波及QRS波群上限标准分别修改为〈120ms及〈115ms较为合适。
