双路径管理模式在护理质量控制中的应用

目的 探讨院级三级质量控制和科室三级质量控制的两条路径管理模式在护理质量控制中的作用.方法 建立并应用院级三级质量控制和科室三级质量控制两条路径,通过完善规章制度和质量标准,充分发挥科室三级质控组织的作用,把握环节质量,注重质量反馈,对护理质量实施逐级、全程、动态监控.结果 通过近2年时间的实施,全院住院病人对护理服务满意度从2004年94.5%提高到2007年第1季度的99.2%;各项护理质量明显提高,基础护理合格率由2004年的90%提高到2006年的95%;病房管理合格率由2004年的91%提高到2006年的96%;护理文书书写合格率由2004年的90%提高到2006年的97%;护理人员理论及操作考核合格率由2004年的89%提高到2006年的95%.结论 通过院级及科室两条路径管理,可以提高护理质量,增加病人满意度,促进护理质量的持续改进.

Application of the Management Model of Double-control Path in Nursing Quality Control

Objective To explore the effect of the model of double- control path （three class quality control of hospital and three class quality control of department） practiced in nursing quality control system. Methods Three-class nursing quality control of hospital and department were established and applied. The whole process of nursing quality was monitored gradually and dynamically by perfecting rules and quality standards and insisting on the link quality and the quality reflection. Results After two years of implementation, the satisfactory rate of hospital＇s patients increased from 94.5% in 2004 to 99.2% in the first season of 2007. Nursing quality of items was also improved as follows： the qualified rate of basic nursing increased from 90% in 2004 to 95% in 2006; the qualified rate of ward management increased from 91% in 2004 to 96% in 2006; the qualified rate of writing of nursing document increased from 90% in 2004 to 97% in 2006; the qualified rate of theoretic and practical test increased from 89% in 2004 to 95% in 2006. Conolusion The model of double-control path practiced in nursing quality control system can promote nursing quality, improve patients＇ satisfaction, and motivate the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
