中药血清药理学研究进展

中药血清药理学是近 10余年来才兴起的一门中药药理体外实验方法学 ,它排除了传统中药体外实验中中药粗制剂本身的理化性质对实验的干扰 ,又能反映药物在体内的生物转化过程及其作用结果 ,在中药药理的实验方法上具有创新性。本文从中药粗制剂与药物血清作用异同、药物血清量效关系、药物血清时效关系、制备药物血清等方面对近年来中药血清药理学的研究进展加以综述 ,指出了它在中药现代化研究中应用的前景。

Research and Development of Chinese Herbs' Serum Pharmacology

Chinese herbs' serum Pharmacology has been a new external testing method in the present ten years. It excludes the interference of chinese rough herbs'physiochemical nature to the external traditional Chinese herbs'test. It can also reflect the drug's biotrasformation process and result in the body.It is innovative in the Chinese herbs' pharmcology testing method. This article formalates the research and development of Chinese herbs'serum pharmacology in some aspects, which include the similarities and differences of the effect of chinese rough herbs and drug serum,the relationship between drug serum quantity and effect,the relationship between drug serum time-effect relationship andpreparation of drug serum. The article also shows its forground in the application of chinese herbs' modernization research.
