内扎外剥保齿术治疗混合痔200例临床观察

目的:探讨内扎外剥保齿术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:回顾分析200例采用内扎外剥保齿术治疗混合痔患者的临床效果。结果:术后半年复诊及电话回访,200例患者均一次性治愈,无肛门失禁及肛门狭窄,无痔再发,控便力良好,短期效果优良。结论:该术式创伤小,手术操作简单安全,并发症少,愈合快,是治疗混合痔的有效方法。

Clinical observation on external dissection and intern ligation with dental line reserved in the treatment of 200 cases with mix hemorrhoids

Objective To explore the effect of the external dissection and intern ligation with the dental line reserved for mix hemorrhoids.Method The clinical effects of 200 cases with mix hemorrhoids treated with external dissection and intern ligation with the dental line reserved were analyzed.Results Six months after the surgery,200 patients were cured,had not the anus incontinence or the anal stenosis,didn＇t have the mixed hemorrhoid recurrence,control excrement ability was good,the short-term effect was fine.Conclusion This surgery has small wound,with the advantages of simple,highly security,fewer complications,quickly heal.The surgery is an effective method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
