坦度螺酮与丁螺环酮治疗青少年考前焦虑的对照研究

目的评价坦度螺酮治疗青少年考前焦虑的有效性和安全性。方法 80例青少年考前焦虑患者分别用丁螺环酮和坦度螺酮治疗,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评价治疗疗效,采用副反应量表（TESS）评价治疗中的不良反应。结果 2组患者的HAMA评分在干预后与干预前比较均有显著降低（P〈0.05）;坦度螺酮的临床总有效率为80.0%,丁螺环酮为65.0%,坦度螺酮组在疗效上优于丁螺环酮组（P〈0.05）;2组在干预前后TESS的评分结果为,坦度螺酮组为（3.24±0.34）,丁螺环酮组为（4.35±0.62）,丁螺环酮组高于坦度螺酮组（P〈0.05）。结论坦度螺酮治疗青少年考前焦虑疗效及安全性较丁螺环酮较好。

Comparative study on treatment of tandospirone and buspirone in adolescents with anxiety pre-examination

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tandospirone in treating adolescents with anxiety pre-examination.Methods 80 adolescents with anxiety pre-examination were treated with buspirone or tandospirone.The clinical effects were evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）.The adverse effects were evaluated by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）.Results Compared after treatment to before treatment,the HAMA scores in both groups were lower significantly（P0.05）.The clinical effective rate was 80.0% for tandospirone,65.0% for buspirone.The efficacy of tandospirone group shows superiority to buspirone group（P0.05）.Compared after treatment to before treatment,the TESS score was（3.24±0.34）for tandospirone,（4.35±0.62）for buspirone,which for buspirone was higher than tandospirone（P0.05）.Conclusion Both efficacy and safety of tandospirone in treating adolescents with anxiety pre-examination is better than buspirone.
