258例结核性胸膜炎的临床诊断和治疗研究

目的探讨本区域的结核性胸膜炎的临床表现,及时掌握患者的临床特征,进一步提高诊治水平。方法对我所收治的258例结核性胸膜炎患者的临床资料和治疗措施进行回顾性分析。结果经系统治疗245例好转,其中毒症状基本消失、胸水吸收,坚持抗结核治疗,痊愈者126例;4例因合并其他危重病症死亡,9例自动出院。结论及早的进行规范、适量及全程化疗,同时尽早抽放胸水能够提高治愈率,同时能够防治预后胸膜肥厚、粘连。

The Clinical Ddiagnosis and Research on 258 Cases of Tuberculous Pleuritis

Objective To enhance the level of treatment and diagnosis via research on the features of tuberculous pleuritis on Anyang District.Methods The clinical data and therapeutic measure of 258 cases of tuberculous pleuritis were analysed retrospectively.Results 245 cases turned for the better through systemic therapy,toxicity symptom vanished and pleural effusion absorbed.126 cases were cured by antituberculous therapy,4 cases died for severe complication,9 cases were discharged from hospital voluntarily.Conclusion Canonical,appropriate and comprehensive treatment and early pleural effusion drainage enhances cure rate,prevents pleural thickness and adhesion after treatment.
