人流后即日服用优思明对子宫内膜修复作用的临床观察

目的探讨人工流产后即日口服优思明片对人工流产术后的子宫内膜修复临床疗效观察。方法将200例人工流产者随机分成2组,对照组100例（1例因吸宫不全退出研究）,仅口服头孢呋辛片预防感染。治疗组100例,在预防感染的基础上于人工流产后即日口服优思明片,连续服用21d,共服3个周期。结果治疗组患者子宫内膜恢复明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论人工流产后即日口服优思明片可以促进子宫内膜修复,降低人工流产术后并发症的发生率,可作为人工流产术后的常规用药。

After the Stream of People Now Take Yasmin on Endometrial Repair Role of Clinical Observation

Objective To investigate the abortion after today oral Yasmin tablet on artificial abortion endometrial repair clinical curative effect observation.Methods 200 cases of artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases in the control group（1 cases due to incomplete curettage dropped out of the study）,only oral cefuroxime tablets to prevent infection.The treatment group 100 examples,on the basis of the prevention of infection,take the oral Yasmin sone after artificial abortion,take 21 days continuously,take three cycles.Results The treatment group patients with endometrial recovery was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion After artificial abortion with oral Yasmin piece can promote endometrial repair,reduce the artificial abortion in the rate of postoperative complications after artificial abortion,can be used as a routine medication.
