小剂量奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床研究

目的探讨小剂量奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 124例胰腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组64例,治疗组给予奥曲有肽0.1mg,加入10%葡萄糖100mL中静滴,每日2次;对照组给予西咪替丁、654-2治疗。结果治疗组58例治愈,2例无效,总有效率96%;对照组50例治愈,14例无效,总有效率78%;治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。血、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、症状缓解时间治疗组快于对照组,差异明显（P〈0.01）,住院时间明显缩短（P〈0.01）。结论小剂量奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著,且具有缓解症状快,恢复进行时间早,较少发生水电解质紊乱,缩短住院天数等优点。

Clinical Study for Healing Acute Pancreatitis By Little-dose Aoquati

Objective To discuss the curative effect of healing acute pancreatitis by little-dose Aoqutai.Methods Dividing124 cases pancreatitis patients into the healing team (60 cases) and comparing team(64cases). the healing team is intravenous dripping Aoqutai 0.1 mg with 10% dextrose 100ml.one day two times;the comparing team is helaing by Cimiteeding and 654-2.Results For the healing team, 58 are cured,1 no effect and the total effective rate is 96%;for the comparing team, 50 are ured, 14 no effect and the total effective rate is 78%,P<0.05. The resuming time of blood, urine and amylase and the time of symptom remission are both faster than those of the comparing team.P<0.01,the time of being in hospital is shorten,P<0.01.Conclusion The little-dose Aoqutai has a perfect curative effect to heal pancreatiti and it is also helpful for sympton remission and the time of resuming eating is early and the time of being in hospital is short.
