| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑脊液蛋白测定在脑膜炎诊断的临床应用价值。方法采用免疫散射比浊法,在贝克曼DXC800全自动生化分析仪上测定78例患者的脑脊液总蛋白,在罗氏INTEGRA400生化仪上测定免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM。结果脑膜炎患者的脑脊液蛋白明显高于非脑膜炎病人。结论发现脑脊液蛋白升高、早期诊断,早期治疗,对患者的预后有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CFS-TP（cerebrospinal fluid protein） measurement in meningitis diagnosis.Methods Applying with the immunoturbidimetry（ITM） to measure the total CFS-TP of 78 patients＇ in the Beckman DXC800 full-automatic biochemistry analyzer,and to measure the immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM in the Roche INTEGRA400 biochemistry analyzer.Results The CFS-TP of meningitis patients＇ is higher than the no-meningitis patients＇ obviously.Conclusion We have found that it is an important significance for the prognosis of the patients, because of the promotion of CFS-TF,early diagnosis,early treatment. |
