阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效分析

目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的综合疗效。方法将100例冠心病合并高脂血症患者随机分为对照组（辛伐他汀组）和观察组（阿托伐他汀组）,各50例。比较2组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及血清载脂蛋白B（apo-B）、载脂蛋白A1（apo-A1）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,血清apo-B、LDH、hs-CRP低于对照组,血清apo-A1高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P〈0.05或P〈0.01。结论阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效较佳,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on The Effect of Atorvastatin in Patients with Coronary Artery Heart Disease and Hyperlipoidemia

Objective To study the comprehensive effect of atorvastatin in patients with coronary artery heart disease and hyperlipoidemia.Methods 100 patients with coronary artery heart disease and hyperlipoidemia in our hospital from January 2008 to November 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（simvastatin group）50 cases and observation group（atorvastatin group）50 cases,then the total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and serum apo-B,apo-A1,NO,LDH,hs-CRP,ET were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,serum apo-B,LDH,hs-CRP and ET were lower than those of control group,serum apo-A1and NO were higher than those of control group,P0.05 or P0.01,there was significant differences and very significant differences.Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin in patients with coronary artery heart disease and hyperlipoidemia is better,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
