泰绫在皮瓣修复前臂与手大面积皮肤缺损中的应用

目的介绍泰绫辅助修复前臂与手大面积皮肤缺损的应用。方法应用双髂腹股沟及腹部联合皮瓣修复前臂合并手部大面积皮肤缺损,皮瓣吻合口贴敷泰绫,皮瓣供区创面贴敷泰绫（滴洒生理盐水至泰绫完全溶解成透明凝胶,然后涂抹均匀）,再缝合。结果术后皮瓣均顺利成活,切口均Ⅰ期愈合。供区切口均Ⅰ期愈合,植皮均成活。术后皮瓣质地柔软、外形饱满、色泽正常。结论前臂与手大面积皮肤缺损皮瓣修复术中,辅助用泰绫,皮瓣移植区修复效果好,皮瓣供区愈合好。

The Application of Tai Ling on the Forearm and Hand repair large Skin Defects

Objective To introduce the applications on forearm and hand repair large skin defects.Methods Application of double groin and abdomen combined large skin defect of hand,sticking Tai Ling at flap anastomotic and flap donor site wounds（dribbled normal saline until Tai Ling is completely dissolved become transparent gel,then spread evenly）,then sutured.Results Flaps were successfully survived,wound healing were stage.PhaseⅠfor the area were haling wound,skin graft all survived.Flap is soft,full shape,color normal.Conclusion Forearm and large area of hand skin repair defect,the auxiliary in Tai Ling,effective flap area repair,the flap donor site healed well.
