儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎药物与手术药物联合治疗效果对比

目的比较儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎药物治疗和手术药物联合治疗的效果。方法对我院2009年22例手术和34例药物治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,比较2组的疗效、鼻内镜评分和鼻窦CT评分。结果 2组治愈好转率、症状平均得分的差异没有统计学意义。对于I型慢性鼻窦炎,药物组治疗1年后的鼻窦CT评分显著高于手术组。结论对于Ⅰ型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎,药物治疗明显好于手术治疗,对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎,手术治疗好于药物治疗,但患儿对手术敏感,建议慎用手术治疗。

Comparison of Treatment Effects of Drugs and Drug Combination Surgery on Children Chronic Rhinosinusitis

Objective Compare treatment effects of drugs and drug combination surgery on children chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods Do retrospective analysis of clinical data of 22 surgery and 34 drug patients’ clinical data hospitalized in 2009, compare effects, nasal endoscopic score and nasal endoscopic sinus CT score.Results There were no difference of curing rate, average symptom score between two groups.For I type chronic sinusitis,the effect of drug treatment after 1 years significantly higher than operation treatment.Conclusion For the type I chronic rhinosinusitis,drug therapy has better effect than surgery. For II, III type for chronic rhinosinusitis,surgical treatment is better than drug treatment.However, children is sensitive to surgery, children should carefully use surgery.
