| 摘 要： | 作为医疗工作重要组成部分的护理工作，必须用管理的手段来达到工作质量的提高。通过护士工作站系统促进护理质量的提高是很有效的方法，经过研究，确立了护理质量管理监控系统的主要指标，护理质量管理监控系统可数字化体现全院及科室护理质量。做到护理质量实时监控，使护理管理更加严谨规范。

It＇ s a very effective method to improvement in the quality of nursing by NursesWorkstation system. After studying, established key indicators of nursing quality management and monitoring system, this system can show digital the quality of nursing of hospital and departments, it can monitoring the quality of nursing real-time,it can brought nursing quality management more strictly and specification. |
