| 摘 要： | 目的 评价加压钢板和带锁髓内钉在股骨干骨折治疗中的优缺点。方法 将股骨干骨折的病人随机分成钢板组和带锁髓内钉组进行观察和比较。结果 两种手术方法的住院时间、手术时间、手术失血量、骨痂生长情况及膝关节活动功能 ,带锁髓内钉组均较钢板组为优。结论 对于小转子以下、膝关节间隙 9cm以上的各种类型股骨干骨折病人 ,采用带锁髓内钉的方法明显优于加压钢板。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of plate and locked intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture. Methods The patients were divided into two groups, one was treated with plate and the other with locked intramedullary nail, then comparing them with some factors. Result The locked intramedullary nail group is superior to the plate one in the duration in hospital and operation, the amount of blood loss during operation, the formation of callus and the recovery of the joint function. Conclusion The locked intramedullary nail is first choice in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture. |
