| 摘 要： | 目的 观察低剂量尿激酶对发病 5天内的急性脑梗塞患者的临床效果 ,评价低剂量尿激酶溶栓的安全性。方法 选择急性脑梗塞患者 48例。应用天普洛欣尿激酶 2 5万U ,静脉点滴 7天 ,并用 5 %低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参静脉点滴 7～ 10天 ;30例急性脑梗塞患者作对照研究。结果 治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。用药过程中发现牙龈出血 3例 ,经头CT检查未发现颅内出血。结论 低剂量尿激酶治疗脑梗塞能明显改变临床症状 ,降低致残率 ,且用药安全

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic response of acute cerebral infarction within 5 days treated with low dose urokinase, comment on lower dose uk in thrombolytic therapy security. Methods 48 cases of acute cerebral infarction have received treatment of urokinase 250000U, iv gtt qd 7 days. By means of comparing with 30 cases treated with low molecular dextran and injectio composite miltiorrhiza iv gtt qd 7 to 10 days. Result It showed that the effect in lower dose urokinase group was significantly higher than that in the low molecular dextran group. Conclusions Lower dose treating acute cerebral infarction can improve clinical symptom, and decrease being disabled rate. |
