| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)患者自主神经变化与心率变异性 (HRV)的关系。方法 NIDDM患者和健康人各 30例 ,进行HRV分析。结果 和对照组相比NIDDM组HRV各指标均明显降低 ,HRV和病程无关。结论 HRV分析是一种为临床早期发现NIDDM患者自主神经变化的较好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation of autonomic function with heart rate variability (HRV)in non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) patients. Methods 30 patients with NIDDM and 30 healthy were measured by HRV. Results Compared with those in control group, the indices of HRV were markedly reduced in NIDDM group. The indices of HRV in NIDDM group were not correlated with duration of diabetic history. Conclusion HRV is a good method to detect early changes of autonomic function in NIDDM patients. |
