| 摘 要： | 人源化单克隆抗体被日益广泛地应用于癌症等重大疾病的靶向治疗。互补决定区(CDR)移植使人源化单抗的大规模制备得以实现。文章就CDR移植的策略和进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Humanized monoclonal antibodies(mAbs) are increasingly widely used in targeted therapy for cancer and some other major diseases.Complementarity-determining region(CDR) grafting makes quantities of humanized mAbs available.Herein,we provide an overview on the strategy and progress of CDR grafting. |
