| 摘 要： | 浙江省中医药大学附属第一医院通过采取完善组织建设、营造中医环境氛围、加强临床护理人员的中医知识培训和开展优质护理新举措开展、6S的管理理念、护理管理技能培训项目和开展中医特色项目等方法创建“优质护理和中医护理模式相结合病房”。“双模合一”病房的创建和管理拓宽了护理人员的知识面，提升了护理管理者的管理水平，构建了和谐的护患关系，同时也赢得了患者对中医特色的优质护理的认可，提高了患者的住院服务满意度。

| Abstract: | According to strengthening organization construction, developing Traditional Chinese Medicine environment, strengthening clinical staff＇ s Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge and carring out a special Traditional Chinese Medicine project, moreover, management concept of 6s, nursing management skills training program and developing project with typical traditional Chinese medicine, integrated high-quality nursing and Traditional Chinese medicine nursing based ward has been established. It has broadened nursing staffs＇ knowledge, improved the nursing management and eonstructed a harmonious relationship hetween the patients and nurses. Meanwhile, it has also got patients＇ high praise and increased patients＇ satisfaction. |
