| Abstract: | Objective To strengthen the supervision and management of harmful residue-sulfites in Traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Methods The application, influence, test methods and residual of sulfites in Traditional Chinese medicinal materials were reviewed in this article. Results and Conclusion The necessity and urgency for monitoring of the harmful residue-sulfites in Traditional Chinese medicinal materials was elaborated. |
