《国家基本药物目录》中药注射剂品种分布状况分析

目的为进一步完善基本药物目录遴选机制及中药注射剂上市后品种的评价提供建议与参考。方法在国家食品药品监督管理局网站数据查询窗口输入《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》（2009版）中的8种中药注射剂通用名进行检索查询，利用Excel软件对查询数据按上市药品的剂型、规格、生产企业等进行统计分析。结果8种中药注射剂共涉及360多个药品批准文号，162个药品生产企业，各药品规格繁多，存在重复生产及分布不均等现象。结论《国家基本药物目录》中药注射剂的遴选与评价机制有待完善及提高。

Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection Categories Included in the National Essential Drug List

Objective To provide advice and references on improving the selection mechanism of essential drug list and the post-marketing evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections. Methods The generic names of the eight kinds of TCM injections included in ＂ National Essential Drug List, Chapter for Basic Medical Institutions ＂ （2009 Edition） were entered in the data query window of China Food and Drug Administration wehsite , then Microsoft Excel was adopted to analyze dosage forms, specifications of listed drugs and drug manufacturers. Results The eight kinds of TCM injections included in the＂ National Essential Drug List＂ （2009） involved more than 360 drug approval numbers and 162 production enterprises. There were redundant specifications of each medicine and a serious phenomenon of repeated production and unequal distribution. Conclusion The selection and the evaluation mechanism of TCM injections included in the national essential drug list need to be improved and enhanced.
