HPLC法测定地巴唑滴眼液的含量

摘    要:目的采用高效液相色谱法测定地巴唑滴眼液的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,磷酸调节pH值至3.5)(55∶45),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:277nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:20μL。结果地巴唑浓度在10.3~103.0μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.47%,RSD=0.73%(n=9)。结论本方法简便准确、重复性好。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the assay of bendazol eye drops. Methods A Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 min×150mm, 5μm) was used at a column temperature of 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.01 tool·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (including 0. 1% triethylamine, pH adjusted to 3.5 using phosphoric acid) (55 : 45) and detected with UV 277 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the injected volume was 20 μL. Results There was a good linearity in the concentration range of 10.3-103.0 μg·mL^-1 (r = 0. 9998) ; the average recovery rate (n:9) was 99.47% with RSD of 0.73%. Conclusion The method is sample and accurate with good reproducibility.
