基层药品检验所对照品管理系统的建立

目的解决对照品管理中现有的问题。方法根据实际需求,设计并开发了对照品管理系统,该系统包括4个部分,具有3个主要功能,使对照品的查询、借用、购买和管理形成了一个有机的整体。结果与结论实践证明,该系统在解决对照品管理的问题上体现出3个优点,即流转程序完整、透明,过程可追溯和办公无纸化,从而大大提高了工作效率,节约了办公资源。

Establishment of Reference Substance Management System Required by Grassroot Drug Control Institute

Objective To solve the existing problems in the reference substance management. Methods Based on actual demands, the reference substance management system was designed and developed. The system consisted of four parts and had three main functions, which made the query, lease, purchase and management of reference substances an organic whole. Results and Conclusion This system has been proved to have three advantages in solving problems in reference substance management, namely a complete and transparent circulation, a traceable procedure and paperless office work, thus greatly improving work efficiency and saving office resources.
