妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果观察

目的观察妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将136例确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者完全随机分为观察组和对照组，各68例。对照组单独应用米非司酮，25mg／d；观察组在米非司酮上的基础上加用妇科再造胶囊，6粒／次，2次／d。3个月为1个疗程，测定所有患者用药前后的孕酮、雌二醇，B型超声测量用药前后子宫及子宫肌瘤三维径线结果治疗后观察组和对照组患者孕酮、雌二醇水平均明显低于治疗前观察组：（6．9±1．0）nmol／L比（19．6±3．2）nmol／L，（1644-10）pmol／L比（355±40）pmol／L；对照组：（9．4±2．2）nmol／L比（19．5±3．2）nmol／L，（175±13）pmol／L比（324±43）pmol／L；均P〈0．05]，子宫及子宫肌瘤体积均较治疗前明显缩小观察组：（112±36）cm^3比（152±46）cm^3，（37±7）cm^3比（60±17）cm^3；对照组：（125±33）cm^3比（153±44）cm^3，（43±10）cm^3比（58±17）cm^3；均P〈0．05]，且观察组治疗后孕酮、雌二醇水平及子宫体积及子宫肌瘤体积均明显低于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论妇科再造胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤较单独应用米非司酮效果更好。

Efficacy of Fukezaizao capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyomab

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Fukezaizao capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods All 136 cases of patients diagnosed of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given mifepristone alonely （25 mg/d ） and observation group was treated with Fukezaizao capsules（ 6 capsules per time, 2 times per day） combined with mifepristone （25 mg/d）. A course was 3 months. Progesterone and estradiol were measured in all patients before and after treatment, and the 3D diameters of the uterus and uterine fibroids were measured by B ultrasound before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of progesterone and estradiol in observation group and control group were lower than those before treatment observation group ： （6.9 ± 1.0 ） nmo]/L vs （ 19.6 ± 3.2 ） nmol/L, （ 164 ± 10 ） pmol/L vs （ 355 ± 40 ） pmoL/L ; con- trol group ： （ 9.4 ± 2.2 ） nmol/L vs （ 19.5 ± 3.2 ） nmol/L, （ 175 ± 13 ） pmol/L vs （324 ± 43 ） pmol/L; all P 〈 0.05 ] ; the volumes of endometriosis and uterine fibroid were significantly reduced in observation group and control group observation group： （ 112 ± 36） cm^3 vs （ 152 ± 46） cm^3, （37 ± 7 ） em3 vs （ 60 ± 17 ） cm^3; control group： （ 125 ± 33 ）cm^3 vs （ 153 ± 44 ）cm^3, （43 ± 10 ）cm^3 vs （ 58 ± 17 ） cm^3 ; all P 〈 0.05 ] ; the levels of progesterone and estradiol and the volumes of endometriosis and uterine fibroid in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fukezaizao capsule combination of mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyoma is better than solo mifepristone.
