暂时性腹腔关闭技术在腹腔间隔室综合征治疗中的应用

目的探讨暂时性腹腔关闭技术在腹腔间隔室综合征治疗中的应用。方法总结浙江省丽水市人民医院2006年1月至2012年5月应用暂时性腹腔关闭技术治疗的20例腹腔间隔室综合征患者的临床资料，分析其治疗方法和效果。结果20例患者中死亡1例，其余19例行确定性腹腔关闭，暂时性腹腔关闭时间为（16±7）d，确定性腹腔关闭后，切口愈合时间为（14±8）d。结论暂时性腹腔关闭技术是治疗腹腔间隔室综合征的良好方法。

Application of temporary abdominal closure technique in abdominal compartment syndrome

Objective To investigate the application of the temporary abdominal closure technique in abdominal compartment syndrome. Methods A total of 20 patients who were diagnosed of abdominal compartment syndrome and received temporary abdominal closure between January 2006 and May 2012 were selected, and studied the methods and effect of treatment. Results Nineteen of 20 patients underwent certainty abdominal closure except that one patient died. The mean time of temporary abdominal closure was （ 16 ± 7） days and the time of incision healing after certainty abdominal closure was （ 14 ± 8） days. Conclusion The temporary abdominal closure tech- nique is an effective, safe and economic method in the treatment of abdominal compartment syndrome.
