| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法同时测定耳聋胶囊中龙胆苦苷和黄芩苷的含量。方法采用Dikma ODS C18（迪马公司；4．6mm×200mm，5μm）色谱柱；甲醇-0．2％磷酸梯度洗脱，流速：1mL·min^-1；检测波长：270nm；柱温：30℃。结果龙胆苦苷和黄芩苷分别在0．01165-0．1745μg（r=0．9999，n=5）和0．10072-1．5108μg（r=0．9999，n=5）范围内有良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率分别为97．5％和98．2％（n=6）。结论本方法简单、快速、准确，可用于耳聋胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method to simultaneously determine the contents of gentiopicrin and baicalin in Erlong capsules. Methods The analysis was performed on a Dikma ODS C18 column （Dikma Inc.; 200 min×200mm,5μm） with gradient elution of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results The linear ranges were 0. 01165-0. 1745μg （r=0. 9999, n=5） for gentiopicrin and 0. 10072-1. 5108μg （r = 0. 9999, n = 5） for baicalin. The average recoveries of gentiopicrin and baicalin were 97.5% and 98. 2% （n =6）, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for quality control of Erlong capsules. |
