从科室设置的视角探讨我国三级综合医院适宜病床规模

我国从1989年开始对医院进行等级评审管理以来,三级综合医院的适宜规模有多大,适宜病床有多少,一直没有科学的测算和规定。本文从我国三级综合医院所要设置的必备科室切人,以最小规模的病床数计算,得出我国三级综合医院适宜规模的最低标准,又以承担国家级医教研防重大任务、就诊人数和辐射半径为根据,对所需开设的科室数和适宜病床数相乘,得出适宜规模的最高标准。同时参考世界发达国家和我国台湾、香港的医院病床数,计算出我国大陆三级综合医院的适宜病床数应为800～3000张。低限之下,必备科室设置不完整;上限之上,将会带来诸多问题。

Discussion on proper ward scale in view of hospital department setting

There are no scientific measuring of the proper hospital scale and proper ward scale in general tertiary hospital since 1989, the year hospital accreditation was developed. The lowest ward scale is estimated according to the necessary department needs in general hospital. Considering factors such as national level medical education and research, amount of medical service and service radius into account, the highest ward scale is also estimated. Furthermore, referring to proper wards in developed counties, Taiwan and Hongkong, the proper scale ward in general hospital is between 8（X）-3000. Under the scale will cause the incomplete of deparlment setting, and above the scale will cause many problems in hospital management.
