摘    要:目的:报告差频电容场透热治疗163例恶性肿瘤的近期临床疗效。方法:对163例恶性肿瘤回顾分析,共分为4组:单纯热疗组;热疗 放疗组;热疗 化疗组;热疗 腹腔灌注化疗组。结果:全部热疗病人的客观疗效为完全缓解率(CR)0%,部分缓体解率(PR)41.72%。有效率(CR PR)为41.72%;症状改善有效率52.15%;生活质量提高有效率40.49%。结论:差频电容场透热治疗深部恶性肿瘤,适应证广,并发症少,可使肿瘤病灶退缩和改善临床症状。

Abstract:The curative effects of hyperthermia therapy on 163 cases with malignant tumor by using NRL-001 radiofre-quency electromagnetic waves system were reported. Methods: The 163 cases treated with hyperthermia therapy were divided into 4 groups: hyperthermia therapy alone, hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy, hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy and hyperthermia combined with perfusion of abdominal cavity with chemicals. Results: In all cases treated with hyperthermia therapy, curatively effective rate: complete recovery and partial revery were 41. 72% . Effectively ameliorative rate of the clinical symptom was 52. 15% , and effectively increasing rate of living quality was 40. 49%. Conclusion: Treatment of malignant tumor by using hyperthermia therapy with the radiofrequency electromagnetic waves of different frequency is beneficial to patients with malignant tumor. These treatments can reduce the. tumor size, ameliorate clinical symptom, and increase living quality.
