摘    要:目的:建立用高效液相色谱同时测定赤砂糖中的过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);以0.1%磷酸-甲醇(25∶75)为流动相;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长为235 nm;柱温:室温。结果:过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的最低检出限分别为0.11 mg/kg和0.15 mg/kg,平均回收率分别为100.71%和98.55%,RSD分别为0.78%和1.22%。结论:该方法具有准确可靠、操作简便的特点,可有效用于赤砂糖中的过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的检测。

Abstract:Objective:To simultaneously determine benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in brown sugar with HPLC.Methods: The benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in brown sugar were extracted with anhydrous alcohol.The HPLC separation was carried out with a Shim-pack C18 column using methanol-water containing 0.1% phosphate acid(75∶ 25) as mobile phase and detected at 235 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the chromatography was operated at room temperature.Results: The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.11 mg/kg and 0.15 mg/kg for benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid,respectively.The recovery and RSD of benzoyl peroxide were 100.71% and 0.78%,respectively;and those of benzoic acid were 98.55% and 1.22%,respectively.Conclusion: This method is accurate and sensitive,easy to operate,which can simultaneously analyze the benzoyl peroxide and benzoic acid in brown sugar.
