糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、尿微量白蛋白检测对糖尿病肾病患者的临床意义

目的分析糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、尿微量白蛋白检测对糖尿病肾病患者的临床意义。方法选择DN30例，非DN86例及正常健康体检者25例，检测各组HbA1c、FBG、mALB水平。结果①DN组的HbA1c、FBG、mALB均明显高于糖尿病非DN组及正常对照组，糖尿病非DN组HbA1c、FBG、mALB均明显高于正常对照组。②空腹血糖〉11．1mmol／L的C组40例糖尿病患者中DN的检出率达32．5％（13，40），明显高于A组；空腹血糖（7．8～11．0）mmol／L的B组56例糖尿病患者中DN的检出率达26．8％（15／56），明显高于A组。@HbA1c〉9．0％的C组37例糖尿病患者中DN的检出率达48．6％（18／37），明显高于a、b组。结论对糖尿病患者HbA1c、FBG及mALB的测定能为糖尿病肾病的早期诊断及治疗提供一定的参考依据。

The clinical significance of glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,urine albumin testing for patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical significance of glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,urine albumin testing for patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Selected 30 cases of DN,86 cases of non-DN and 25 cases of normal healthy physical examinees and detected the levels of HbA1c,FBG and mALB.Results ①HbA1c,FBG,mALB of DN group were significantly higher than non-DN group and normal control group;HbA1c,FBG,mALB of diabetic non-DN group were significantly higher than the control group.②The DN detection rate of 40 diabetic patients with fasting blood glucose >11.1 mmol/L in C group was 32.5%(13/40),and significantly higher than that of A group;the DN detection rate of 56 diabetic patients with fasting blood glucose(7.8-11.0) mmol/L in B group was 26.8%(15/56),and significantly higher than that of the A group.③The DN detection rate of 37 patients with HbA1c >9.0% in c group was 48.6%(18/37),and significantly higher than those of a and b groups.Conclusion The determination of HbA1c,FBG and mALB in diabetics can provide some reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
