FOLFOX4方案治疗中晚期胃癌的临床应用

目的探讨FOLFOX4方案治疗中晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法将60例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例），观察组采用FOLFOX4方案治疗，对照组采用EPLF方案治疗，比较两组患者的近期疗效和不良反应。结果观察组的近期总有效率为53．3％，与对照组的46．7％相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组生活质量改善率为63．3％，显著高于对照组36．7％（P〈0．05），不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论FOLFOX方案和EPLF方案治疗中晚期胃癌近期疗效相当，但FOLFOX方案对机体损伤更加轻微，毒副作用小，患者易于接受。

The clinical effect and adverse reaction of regimen FOLFOX4 in patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective to observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction of regimen FOLFOX4 in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly,the observation group was treated with regimen FOLFOX4,the control group was treated with regimen EPLF,the two groups were compared with clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.Results the total efficiency was 53.3% in the observation group and had no significant difference with 46.7% in the control group(P>0.05).But the improvement of life quality in the treatment group was 63.3% which was significantly higher than that of the control group 36.7%(P<0.05),toxic and side effect rate was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions regimen FOLFOX and regimen EPLF has the near curative effect in treatment of advanced gastric cancer,but regimen FOLFOX4 has more minor injury to the body,small toxic side effect and easy for patients to accept.
