| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性支气管炎急性期患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)水平变化的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测69例慢性支气管炎急性期患者血清IL-6、TNF-a水平,同时设70例正常对照。结果慢性支气管炎急性期患者血清IL-6、TNF-a水平显著高于或高于正常对照组(t=5.82、2.15,P<0.01、P<0.05),IL-6与TNF-a呈正相关(r=0.571,P<0.05)。结论血清高IL-6、TNF-a水平可能是慢性支气管炎急性发作的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum IL-6 and TNF-a levels in Patients with chronic bronchitis during acute stage.Methods Serum IL-6 and TNF-a levels were determined with ELISA in 69 patients with chronic bronchitis during acute stage and in 70 controls.Results In Patients with chronic bronchitis during acute stage,the serum IL-6 and TNF-a levels were significantly higher and highter than those in the controls(t=5.82,2.15,P<0.01,P<0.05),and the changes of IL-6 were positively related to TNF-a(r=0.571,P<0.05).Conclusion Maybe high serum IL-6 and TNF-a levels were one of the main pathophysiologic features in Patients with chronic bronchitis during acute stage. |
