动脉硬化性下肢缺血的诊断及手术治疗

目的 :探讨动脉硬化性下肢缺血的诊断及外科治疗效果。方法 :1996年至 2 0 0 2年对 4 9例动脉硬化性下肢缺血病人行动脉重建术 ,解剖性旁路术 4 1例 ,解剖外旁路术 8例。结果 :术后大多数病人临床症状减轻或消失 ,肢体溃疡愈合或截肢平面降低 ,有效率 87 8%。本组中有 6例病人术后 2～ 3个月行截肢术 ,其中 5例伴有糖尿病。结论 :应提高临床医师对动脉硬化性下肢缺血的认识 ,早期诊断 ,采用适当的手术方式 ,多数能取得满意的结果

Diagnosis and surgical treatment for ischemia of lower extremities

Objective:To study the diagnosis and effects of operations for the patients with ischemia of lower extremities.Method:From 1996 to 2002,49 patients treated surgically for lower extremity ischemia were observed retrospectively,among whom 41 patients underwent anatomic bypass grafting,and 8 patients underwent extra\|anatomic bypass grafting.Result:After operation,the symptoms relieve or disappear in the most cases of this group.The ulcer healed.Amputating level is lowered.The effective rate of the operation is 87.8%.But,6 patients were amputated about 2\|3 months after operation,and 5 of them had diabetes.Conclusion:The clinical doctor should increase the recongition on the lower extremity ischemia of arterial atherosclerosis.Should diagnosis be made earlier,and appropriate surgical treatment be adopted,the satisfactory result can be obtain in most patients.
