孝感地区牙周炎状况及危险因素分析

目的 了解湖北省孝感地区牙周炎发生状况,并分析其相关危险因素,以期为该地区牙周炎防治提供依据.方法 于2016年6~10月选择孝感地区人口稳定社区进行抽样调查2000名,观察牙周炎发生状况;并同时发放2000份调查问卷,内容包括调查人群年龄、性别、刷牙次数、是否合并糖尿病、高血压等情况,采取多因素Logistic回归分析统计孝感地区牙周炎发生相关危险因素.结果 本调查共发放2000份调查问卷,回收有效问卷1964份,问卷回收率为98.2%,其中男性1018名,女性946名;1964例调查对象中,符合牙周炎诊断者604例,牙周炎发生率为30.8%;604例牙周炎患者中男性311例,占男性人群的30.6%;女性293例,占女性人群的31.0%;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、是否合并糖尿病、高血压及饮酒、吸烟等为牙周病相关危险因素(均P<0.05),而文化程度及刷牙次数为牙周炎保护性因素(P<0.05).结论 孝感地区牙周炎发生率较高,年龄、是否合并糖尿病、高血压及饮酒、吸烟等均为牙周炎重要危险因素,文化程度及刷牙次数为牙周炎保护性因素.

Analysis of periodontitis status in Xiaogan area and its risk factors

Objective To learn the status and the related risk factors of periodontitis in Xiaogan area in Hubei Province in order to provide the guidance for periodontitis treatment. Methods Two thousand people in communities with stable population in Xiaogan area from June 2016 to October 2016 were selected for observing the periodontitis sta-tus. Meanwhile, 2000 questionnaires were distributed, which covered age, gender, brushing frequency, diabetes or hyper-tension combined with periodontitis, and other factors. Multiple logistic regression were adopted to analyze the related risk factors of periodontitis status in Xiaogan. Results A total of 2000 questionnaires were distributed and 1964 valid questionnaires were collected, with the questionnaire recovery rate of 98.2%. And 1018 cases were male and 946 were female. In 1964 subjects, 604 were periodontitis patients, and the incidence was 30.8%. Of 604 patients with periodonti-tis, 311 were male, accounting for 30.6%in male group, 293 were female, accounting for 31.0%in female group. Logis-tic analysis result displayed that the age, diabetes mellitus or hypertension combined with periodontitis, drinking, smok-ing were periodontal risk factors (P<0.05), and the education level and brushing frequency were protective factors of periodontitis (P<0.05). Conclusion Periodontitis occurrence rate in Xiaogan area was high. And the age, periodontitis, periodontitis combined with diabetes mellitus or hypertension, drinking, smoking are important risk factors of periodonti-tis, with the education level and brushing frequency as periodontitis protective factors.
