加强药物疗法联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效观察

目的 观察加强药物疗法联合鼻内镜手术综合治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效.方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月在我院接受治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者86例,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组患者给予加强药物治疗,疗程为12周.观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用鼻内镜手术治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后症状情况、白细胞介素(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化以及躯体症状、精神功能情况.结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)分别为(1.3±0.3)分、(2.1±0.7)分,均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的IL-8、TNF-α水平分别为(191.2±70.2)μg/L、(34.2±13.1)μg/L,均明显低于对照组的(225.6±82.5)μg/L、(40.5±11.5)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者躯体症状及精神功能评分分别为(3.5±1.4)分、(2.2±1.3)分,均显著低于对照组的(7.9±3.1)分、(9.8±4.6)分,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 加强药物疗法联合鼻内镜手术综合治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效显著,其可有效改善患者症状,控制炎症反应,同时显著改善其躯体症状及精神功能.

Clinical observation of strengthening drug therapy combined with nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic nasal sinusitis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of strengthening drug therapy combined with nasal endo-scopic surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic nasal sinusitis. Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis, who admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016, were selected and divided into the ob-servation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The con-trol group were given strengthening drug treatment for 12 weeks. The observation group was treated with additional na-sal endoscopic surgery based on the control group's treatment. The clinical curative effect, symptoms before and after the treatment situation, interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) level changes, physical symptoms and mental function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the Visual Ana-logue Scale (VAS) of the observation group and the control group were respectively (1.3±0.3) points and (2.1±0.7) points, which were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were respectively (191.2±70.2)μg/L and (34.2 ± 13.1) μg/L, which were significantly lower than (225.6 ± 82.5) μg/L and (40.5 ± 11.5) μg/L in the control group (P<0.05);the physical symptoms and mental function score in the observation group were respectively (3.5±1.4) points and (2.2±1.3) points, which were significantly lower than (7.9±3.1) and (9.8±4.6) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion To strengthen the combination of drug therapy with nasal endoscopic surgery has significant curative ef-fect in the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, control the in-flammatory response, and significantly improve their physical symptoms and mental function.
