经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用价值

目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用价值.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年8月期间我院诊治的76例临床怀疑子宫内膜病变患者为研究对象,以病理检查作为诊断的金标准,比较经阴道超声、经腹超声诊断子宫内膜病变与病理检查结果的符合率.结果 76例患者中有69例经病理检查确诊为子宫内膜病变,其中子宫内膜增生36例,子宫内膜息肉17例,黏膜下肌瘤12例,子宫内膜癌4例;经阴道超声对子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜病变总体诊断符合率分别为91.7%、75.0%、85.5%,均明显高于经腹超声的72.2%、25.0%、68.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜病变的准确率明显高于经腹超声,是诊断子宫内膜病变的有效方法.

Application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial lesions

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endo-metrial lesions. Methods Seventy-six patients with clinically suspected endometrial lesions in our hospital from Janu-ary 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects. Using pathological findings as the gold standard, the coin-cidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions were com-pared. Results Among the 76 cases, 69 were pathologically diagnosed as endometrial lesions, including 36 cases of en-dometrial hyperplasia, 17 cases of endometrial polyp, 12 cases with submucous myoma, and 4 cases with endometrial carcinoma. The overall diagnostic coincidence rates of transvaginal ultrasound for endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial carcinoma and endometrial lesions was 91.7%, 75.0%, 85.5%, significantly higher than those of transabdominal ultra-sound (72.2%, 25.0%, 68.1%), P<0.05. Conclusion The accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diag-nosis of endometrial lesions is significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasound.
