内质网应激与非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究进展

摘    要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病是目前临床上最为常见的慢性肝病之一,其病因及发病机制相当复杂,至今尚未完全阐明.目前认为,内质网应激与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发生和进展密切相关.内质网应激是一种生理反应,反映的是细胞对应激进行抵抗的现象,但是,过度的应激能够损害细胞.本文叙述了内质网应激与胰岛素抵抗、脂质代谢紊乱、氧化应激和脂质过氧化、肝细胞凋亡等四部分内容,并提及了炎性反应,主要阐述内质网应激在非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病中的作用.

Abstract:In clinic, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common liver disease. Howev-er, the pathogenesis of NAFLD is considerably complicated and is still poorly understood to date. The current studies suggest that endoplasmic reticulum stress is closely associated with the development and occurrence of NAFLD. Endo-plasmic reticulum stress is not only the physiological responses of cell to resist stress, but also an important mechanism of cell injury caused by stress. Here in, we discuss endoplasmic reticulum stress and the effects on insulin sensitivity, lip-id metabolism, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation, apoptosis and inflammation, and investigate the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in the pathogenesis of NAFLD.
