扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的护理干预

目的 探讨扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者的综合护理干预措施的应用效果.方法 选择2014年1月至2016年2月期间我院心内科收治的62例扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组31例,对照组予常规护理,观察组予综合护理干预措施,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及随访6个月时的治疗依从性和6 min步行距离.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.32%,较对照组的70.97%明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月时,观察组患者的治疗依从率为87.10%,明显高于对照组的64.52%,观察组患者6 min步行距离为(505.23±54.84)m,明显长于对照组的(447.31±43.75)m,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者进行综合护理干预,可有效改善患者的心功能,提高患者治疗依从性,从而改善近期预后.

Nursing intervention in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined with congestive heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with dilated car-diomyopathy complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 62 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart fail-ure, who admitted to Department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, the compliance rate of after follow-up of 6 months and 6 min walking distance of the two groups were com-pared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32%, which was significantly higher than 70.97%in the control group (P<0.05). After follow-up of 6 months, the compliance rate in observation group was 87.10%, which was significantly higher than 64.52%of the control group. The 6 min walking distance of observa-tion group was (505.23±54.84) m, which was significantly longer than (447.31±43.75) m of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure can effectively improve the patients' cardiac function and treatment compliance, thereby improving the short-term prog-nosis.
