Hp感染与非酒精性脂肪性肝病关系的研究进展

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pyiori,Hp)是许多胃肠道疾病如慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡等的重要致病因子,Hp感染可能与胃肠外疾病如非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)有关,其机制可能通过影响氧化应激、免疫交叉反应调节血脂水平和胰岛素抵抗而参与NAFLD发生发展.本文对HP感染与NAFLD的相关性进行综述,为认识Hp感染与NAFLD易感因素的关系及治疗提供新思路.

Progress of correlative study between Hp infection and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is an important pathogenic factor of gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. Hp infection may be concerned with gastrointestinal diseases such as nonalco-holic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which may participate in the development of NAFLD by affecting oxidative stress, immune cross reaction, and regulating blood lipid levels, insulin resistance. This paper reviews the correlation between Hp infection and NAFLD, reveals the relationship between Hp and NAFLD and its risk factors, as well as provides new ideas about therapy of NAFLD.
