间充质干细胞与肺癌的相关研究进展

肺癌是世界发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,已成为癌症致病死的最主要原因.间充质干细胞是一种无造血功能的干细胞,具有多向分化的潜能,可以分化为脂肪、软骨、骨等多种组织.近年的研究发现间充质干细胞能促进肺癌组织的血管生成、肺癌的转移能力及肿瘤细胞对药物的抵抗能力,但目前其在肺癌中的具体作用机制及临床意义尚不明确,本文就近年来有关间充质干细胞和肺癌的相关研究进展进行综述.

Research progress of mesenchymal stem cells and lung cancer

Lung cancer is the world's highest incidence of malignant tumor, which has become the leading cause of death. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a kind of non-hematopoietic stem cell. They have the potential to differentiate into multiple tissues such as fat, cartilage and bone. Recent studies have shown that MSCs can promote the angiogenesis and metastasis ability of lung cancer as well as the drug resistance of tumor cells, but its specific mecha-nism and clinical significance in lung cancer is not clear. In this paper, recent advances in mesenchymal stem cells and lung cancer are reviewed.
