p53在胶质瘤中的研究进展

胶质瘤为起源于神经胶质细胞的肿瘤,是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性恶性肿瘤,呈浸润性生长,复发率高,治疗敏感性差,预后不佳.p53作为抑癌基因,通过诱导细胞凋亡、调控细胞周期、调节DNA修复及抑制血管生成等机制,在机体组织细胞的生长、发育和分化过程中起着重要作用.大量研究证实,p53突变与胶质瘤的发生、发展有关,对胶质瘤的治疗和评估预后具有重要意义,此文就p53在胶质瘤中的研究进展作一综述.

Research progress of p53 in gliomas

Glioma originates from glial cells, which is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system. It is characterized by invasive growth, high recurrence rate, poor treatment sensitivity and poor progno-sis. p53, as a tumor suppressor gene, plays an important role in the growth, development and differentiation of human tis-sue cells by inducing cell apoptosis, regulating cell cycle, regulating DNA repair and inhibiting angiogenesis. A large number of studies have confirmed that p53 mutation is associated with the occurrence and development of gliomas, which has great significance for the treatment and evaluation of the prognosis of gliomas. This article reviews the re-search progress of p53 in gliomas.
